This week is the start of the badminton nationals.

Monday afternoons- KS3 boys and girls national badminton championships 1st round. No training.

Tuesday afternoon- Football training for Yrs 7, 8 and 10.

Wednesday lunch- Yr 9 football.

Thursday afternoon- Yr 7 girls football, dance and rugby.

Please note Monday is the final deadline for tour reply slips to be returned to Mr Young. If your child is then selected to attend you will receive a confirmation letter on Wednesday and your childs parent pay account will be updated to allow you to pay the £100 deposit by Friday 5th December.

Brilliant effort this evening from girls football, girls dance and boys rugby.

Our badminton players did great this evening at Immanuel. We beat both Carlton Bolling and Immanuel with our KS4 boys team and we beat Immanuel with our KS3 boys team. Well done everyone and well done to Janusz and Hitesh who were our unbeaten pair of the day.

We have done it again. 5 in a row for our football teams. Absolutely amazing. Our Yr10s won 3-1 against Beckfoot Thornton.

Yes yes yes we have done it again. Our football teams have now won 4 in a row. Our Yr 9s won 4-3 against BBEC. Well done also to our Yr8 star goalie Jacob who was brilliant and claimed player of the day.

Our Yr 10 rugby team has been selected to represent Bradford in the Yorkshire cup. Some big fixtures coming up both home and away.

We are top of the league. Appleton Yr8 4-1 Thornton. We were brilliant in terrible weather. Kian was the player of the day.

What an amazing day for our students competing in the Yorkshire accessible games. So many great results. We were the highest performing school in Yorkshire. The mayor's of Leeds and Bradford were very proud of our students.

Well done to our Yr7s playing their first rugby tournament today. They gave it a great effort and showed some good skills. Dawson was the player of the day and our captain.

A brilliant result today. Our Yr 8 boys beat Trinity Bradford 4-2. We are super proud of them all. Charlie was the player of the day and Jack was the captain.

Hello. Unfortunately we are not allowed parental spectators at any home fixtures. We often take spectators to away fixtures though and details are always provided on the letter sent home to parents if this is permitted by the host school. Thanks so much.

Well done to Ellis who played rugby for Old Brodleians today in the Yorkshire cup and helped them to a 15-0 win. We are always keen to hear how our star students are performing outside of school.

What an afternoon. Please celebrate our best ever rugby result. Our 8 team including some yr7s reached the semi finals of the Bradford schools cup and only lost to Beckfoot by a last second try. Joseph was our brilliant captain and Ronnie was just out of this world.

Our Yr7s played their first football fixture today. Trinity Bradford won but we played really well. Layton was our captain and Oscar our player of the day.

Our Yr 8 and 9 rugby team tried their hardest at the Bradford rugby championships. We had no wins but plenty of effort. Charlie was the captain and Ellis our star player.

We won our first football game of the season. Well done Yr11 beating Beckfoot Upper Heaton 1-0. Also well done to everyone who attended Yr7, 8 and 10 training today.
