Starfleet Academy continues to improve. Characters with complex backgrounds & motivations, great special effects that don’t smother the story. Clearly pitched at a YA audience but grognards can enjoy it too

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords seems increasingly appealing as a basis for a system of government.

Just finished "Lucas Wars," the graphic novelization of the making of the original Star Wars. Absolutely brilliant telling of a deeply moving story. Highly recommended to any writers or artists seeking inspiration for what they do.
