Isnβt it funny how your full signals change?
10.03.2025 22:15 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I would probably recommend adding a solid protein ie: a chicken breast and treat the pasta as a side.
10.03.2025 22:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβm over 2 years out and pasta is still really hard for me with the stomach capacity. The answer is: it depends. If youβre within the first year and youβre really watching your sugar, you may want to make your own. Farther out? Make your life easy and hit up the jar.

17.01.2025 16:20 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Congratulations! Wishing you a safe and smooth surgery and a speedy recovery!
17.01.2025 16:17 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I was the same way. I couldnβt get through my requirements fast enough. The insurance company required 3 months of monitored dieting before theyβd approve but I was off caffeine and carbonation and ready to go!
15.01.2025 20:36 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thatβs awesome!!
15.01.2025 20:01 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thatβs SUCH a critical piece and so many people miss it.
15.01.2025 20:00 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thatβs so exciting!!
15.01.2025 17:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Congratulations on that stellar loss! The metabolic changes from the surgery make a lot of those lifestyle changes possible but ultimately, succeeding in taking the weight off and keeping it off is the result of your hard work and decision to change your lifestyle.
15.01.2025 17:43 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0On the flip side, an overreliance on BMI also classifies a large swath of people as obese who really arenβt. Athletes are notoriously mos classified by BMI and considering the prevalence of eating disorders itβs probably a good idea to have a more nuanced assessment.
15.01.2025 17:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It gets better Sam! When I was going through it (VSG in 2022) I would think of some things I missed eating and found bariatric friendly swaps. Last night we had Big Mac salad and it scratched a couple of itches.
15.01.2025 17:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Pretty much! I actually think that experience makes me more relatable for my clients and helps me understand how theyβre thinking and feeling. Little G
