🟦 overall, 21% below normal for this time of year
🟦 only region with slightly above normal snowpack: NE BC
🟦 recent cooler weather has helped stave off the 'Big Melt' (aka spring)
🟦 warming in the forecast could lead to big snowpack changes by mid-April
