I completely agree, that used appropriately PHEVs effectively replace ICEs for a large portion of the time.
In Denmark though this is no longer the case, as the BEVs have now taken over, given that or charging infrastructure can now support the load and the BEVs are now mature.

For Europeans it is shocking to watch a developed country choosing to let diseases with proven vaccines kill citizen.

Jeg er sådan set enig i betragtningen om, at chokoladeafgiften er en mærkelig prioritering - med mindre man fremhæver at det er et smv tiltag (ikke regeringen men virksomheder 😉).
Grundlæggende mener jeg, at kontrolregimer der ikke direkte bidrager til selve formålet bør afskaffes.

I recommend the book. It is to be read as an argument rather than a scientific paper following me. According to me many of the facts are allegations based on experience and assumptions of the author. It is still interesting to read.
