SmartCar

Cheeto The Smart Car, had a failed flex hose, making it sound like a tiny, angry lil race car! Haha!

Today I pulled the car apart, and replaced the entire muffler assembly with one that we found on Amazon of all places.

Total cost of repair 180$. All done and quiet!

Did we do good?

I have actually! I have been told numberous times not to use them though haha!

I am trying to open my mind to many new things recently. Some of these things are NSFW. I am trying to understand the things I missed enjoying because I was so against it for so long.

But I dislike people bringing NSFW to my SFW space, thinking it's funny.

Trying to upload a quest compatible version of my Ele'vali, and I am SO close... x3

Oh yea, I defo notice a lack of tracking with this headset, due to the cameras being front facing. You kinda have to have your hands always in front of you in some way. But this headset is really neat in that you don't need any base stations or anything. Ya kinda just... plug in and play!

Its hard to believe that my Oculus CV1 came out in 2016. The resolution jump from the CV1 to the Acer headset here, is HUGE, but the godrays in the Acer are Really bad compared to the CV1. Still though, I had a lot of fun in it, and I love that I have a WMR headset now! ^^ Controllers are swappable!

Add another headset to the collection! An Acer WMR headset.

I decided since there was a driver release that actually makes WMR headsets work again, that I would grab one for 40 bucks on eBay and try it.

One 4 hour session and I can say it absolutely works! Defo more blurry than a Q2 though.

Iunno where they get these, but they have been selling them for months, with a bunch of people reporting they are all good!

They have sold 120+ sets! Haha! I hope I got a good one! ^^ we will see!

I found this deal on Vive Focus controllers, that are "new".

I believe these style controllers work with the Vive Focus 3, Vision, and XR Elite.

I plan on grabbing one of those headsets at some point for my collection. So now I just need the headset!

Coffee

Being a total nerd... I wanted to see if I could make coffee using my lil battery powered Inverter that uses 4 40v 6AH Ryobi batteries. Close to 1kw of batteries.

The inverter is a "300w" inverter, but it powered this 380-ish W load for about 5 minutes! Pretty sweet!

Yea, there are some lingering people over there. Buuuut I think it's time to stop posting there now. Maybe those people will come over here.

It kinda stinks that Bluesky is also being kinda silly with its tos at the moment... But I still think it's better here.

You kidding bean? You are an artist! One of the main people out there making furry more real! Creating drawings of all sorts critters and making people smile, seeing their character come to life, and not just a description on paper!

Move

At the beginning of this year, I made the decision to stop posting to Twitter at some point this year.

I think that time is now. x3

I have most people over here on Bluesky now, and this past 2 weeks, Twitter seems to have stopped showing my posts to people randomly. So I think it's time.

So if I can better myself, by understanding this thing that used to upset me, and be on the team of freedom at the same time. It's a win win.

I also... Sorta don't like the current social media problem with trying to be "pure" and trying to force NSFW out of everything on the internet.

It might have made me upset before, but I defo believe in freedom. I don't wanna be on the team of taking away freedom.

And it's been fun opening up!

People did think I was odd for not liking NSFW, but they didn't really try to push it. But I would actually be upset if I saw it at all. And... I just didn't think that was healthy.

So I just sorta hopped into joking about it and having fun with topics in safe spaces, and it's kinda opened a door.

So many people are making a difference, making the world a better place, sometimes they don't even know it! And I wanna make sure, that if a friend is making smiles, that they should know that, and smile too! ^^ I just remind them!

Nice

One thing I like to do is let people know that they make a difference. Finding accomplishments they have done, or just listening to them tell me what they've done recently and then telling them the difference they are making by doing what they do.

The funny thing is we are ALL different. We all like different things, we all see things different.

But, that's the fun part! Learning about each other is heckin' fun! Being normal is garbo, I wanna be a silly bird on the internet. x3

That's kinda what I was doing before... Kind of just being a stick in the mud if people were just trying to have fun.

I didn't like that. So, I pushed myself to try and enjoy stuff too. Sometimes a lil out of my comfort zone, but overall it's been fun laughing instead of being grumpy.

So I opened up a space to enjoy my interest, and also opened my mind to learn about others interest too. It's been a fun lil adventure. And I have made some new friends along the way!

The respect for each other is really nice! And I feel like I fit in a lil better. ^^

That's kinda what I have been doing. Just enjoying my thing, even though some see it as NSFW. It's just fun.

The thing I like has even been in cartoons numberous times. And really so has many other peoples interests.

It's just fun. And being grumpy about it just seemed silly.

I still call myself asexual... But... I still have my interests.

But like... I get it.

Its just fun. And as long as your fun isnt hurting anyone... you are fine in my book.

I push, by letting my interests out too. And engaging to learn others interests. I wanna learn. I don't wanna dislike things for no reason anymore.

Its allowed me to connect, and to understand people more. We are all adults. We all have our interests.

Asexual... A word I would use to describe me. "NSFW" things used to upset me. I've been working on this.

Getting upset over things that first, don't affect me, and second, are legit... people having fun, shouldn't affect me.

I am pushing to understand by experimenting.
