That is so valid, definitely steer clear of the fancy gaming chairs, they are not worth it. 😭

First of all as someone with horrendous back pain, NEVER get a gaming chair, it wrecked my back worse than it already was.
I highly recommend an ergonomic office chair with a mesh back so it's flexible and also lets your back breathe.
