so i think the context matters for how to approach things like safewords but there's a lot of push from certain directions for kink in fiction to be representative instead of an expression of a fictional kink

idk what the context either is but in my mind, there are 2 approaches to kink in fiction and a lot of frustration comes from conflating them
-the intent to depict characters themselves engaged in kink in a realistic way
-the story itself is the kink. it's the fantasy of the writer and/or reader

I love all the freaks and their under/non-negotiated consensual non-consentual relationships in this show
