The Info page for Inteleon in Pokemon Tectonic's Masterdex goes: "Its nictitating membranes let it pick out foes' weak points so it can precisely blast them with water that shoots from its fingertips at Mach 3."

Ability 1: Sniper Doubles the critical hit chance of random crit moves. Powers up critical hits by another 50% Ability 2: Incognito Comes out disguised as the pokemon in back. While disguised, copies its ability.

in Pokemon Tectonic, the IVs and EVs system was replaced by Style Points, a set amount of points in every pokemon you can redistribute to customize stats according to the playstyle you want. #pokemonfangame #indiedev

Pokemon caught at any level have the same set amount of Style Points, and those can be customized for no cost in any Pokemon Center.
