There's been more than one situation where people have argued "he only gets good results in a 3rd pairing sheltered role" and then the results looks like this...

1) he’s not good enough to be guaranteed a spot and may even pass waivers
2) he’s less bad than some dressed as regulars
3) no one knows how good/bad he’d been if he wasn't sat for those who consistently produced worse results

Analytics love Dryden too. He, Hasek, and Roy have always been my top 3. I might go Eposito though. Tough call.

Tarrifs are a big part of it, but there's also a global coffee bean shortage, and big corporations are making it worse by buying up huge stockpiles.

Arabica beans, for example, have doubled in global pricing in the last calendar year.

Another example though that time comes for us all quickly after 30. (Don’t ask my age)

Wheeler was fun as an analytics proponent as I was told I was overly positive for that 28-33 seasons, and then by the same people was told I was a hater for 34-36.

Happy retirement to Blake Wheeler. He had one of the better age-thirty seasons that I can think of.
