That would be Etta (Henrietta). Who also talks. No hands though, that's Ethel's thing. Ethel has the personality of the worst kind of complaining spiteful supermarket Karen with a superiority complex.
Though she doesn't ask for your manager, she introduces you to *hers*.

Oh, and lorewise - pretty simple really! She was a completely normal chicken on a little normal farm. Out of nowhere and inexplicably, some eldritch outer god chose her as its flesh vessel and entry point into the world. That would be her Manager.
She also has a familiar, also another chicken.

Awakened animal, flying (well... yes), aberrant sorceror, living vessel archetype. I may create a lot of horrible problem PCs but they're all by the book :P
