Would you like me to work up a quick five step plan?
Iβm not a business guru but this big shake up at Leon (complete with Iβve come back to clean up your mess emails from the Big Boss) feels very wonky. And as for dumping 100s of staff just days before Christmas ..

Same for any part of the process. Don't stop because of format or 'rules' when you've caught some lightning.

Letter to the Guardian. The protection of badgers has a long pedigree (Report, 29 August). Arthur Gore, known as "Boofy", the eighth Earl of Arran, was a fanatical defender of them. He was also a tireless campaigner for the rights of homosexuals. In 1967 he managed to push through a law in the Lords that decriminalised homosexuality but failed to pass a bill to outlaw the cruel hunting of badgers. When asked why he had not received enough support for his badger bill, he replied: "Not many badgers in the House of Lords." Tony Lywood Keswick, Cumbria
Found when sorting an old drive. I still, very occasionally, say 'not many badgers in the House of Lords' and this is why:

Iβm not interested in moaning about the Christmas Day TV schedules; viewing is very different from what we had 30 years ago (and actually the line up in reality isnβt that different)
But itβs mildly stunning that the ITV Christmas Day movie is Raiders Of The Lost Ark (1981)
Full of joy, kindness and compassion. Also, it does that most gorgeous thing for any writer: makes you slightly jealous that you didnβt do it first.
Now, itβs pretty much an annual tradition.
But I was interested in the remake of Worzel Gummidge, which I immediately fell in love with, and followed the scarecrow back to detectorists. Which .. I canβt tell you.

I didnβt pay attention to detectorists when it first came out; it didnβt hook me. And - perhaps naively - I had no real interest in whatever the Office alumni did next. I didnβt know who Mackenzie Crook was, outside of Gareth. (1/2)
Seems like an accurate summation of the years listening. Although Youth Theatre sessions have sneaked a bit of Stray Kids into the Top 5 #CatBurns #BoredAtMyGrandmasHouse #Kokoroko #ShakespearsSister #SpotifyUnwrapped
