Back from the barbers & after talking about running without music, I went unplugged - forgot my earbuds & had to tough it out.

Day 8: Ice wins, treadmill it is. Roads were straight-up dangerous tonight! No gritting, bloody cold, so it was back indoors. Not ideal, but Day 8 (28 overall) is done, and the streak’s alive for #specialeffect.

Treadmill runs suck, but ice is worse. Who else is adapting to the winter grind?

Run 7: Sub-Zero Grind. -4°C tonight, & goal was simple: get it done, get home. 5.1km logged, freezing but worth it to keep the streak alive.

Run Streak Day 6: Too icy to hit the streets, so it’s back to the dreaded treadmill. Not pretty, but another run in the books for #SpecialEffect - the streak stays alive.

Treadmill runs suck, but every mile matters - even on the hamster wheel. Winter weather’s testing me, but it won’t stop me 💙

Day 2. 5.06km at a steady 5:37/km 🏃‍♂️
Tonight’s run took me through the arches of the old Farnborough airship hangar. Cool backdrop, solid pace, & the streak’s starting to take shape.

But the real mission: raising funds for #SpecialEffect, a charity doing incredible work for gamers with disabilities.
