For lineart specifically (monochrome stuff), if your layer is in "color" mode, liquify tool will most likely blur it during transformation...
If you set it to "monochrome" first, IT STAYS CRISPY 🤯🤯🤯

Surely but slowly! I didn't expect things to take so long. But a lots been happening. The last few months I've been working with medication changes and side effects, becoming a business owner, replacing my truck with a newer subaru and more

After I finished up owed comms, I probably will not open commissions for some time to come. Art block, burn out, and the seasonal darkness of winter has gripped me hard. It's been a struggle to do anything. Hence why i've been so MIA and quiet.
