Most teeth cleaning are always free when covered with insurance. Could be different of course. But yea teeth fillings are costly. So definitely get it all quoted first and never know helps to see what is covered and isn't.

I had a teeth cleaning today as well. And they canceled on me. So annoying. And you can ask them to quote you on prices before you get the work done

Started a little seven day challenge. Doing a 10 second plank a day. And first few days it was SO HARD to get to 10 seconds. Now I can get to 15 second, on day 6 and then it's a struggle.
