02.11.2025 18:48 β π 922 π 302 π¬ 208 π 54Why is this happening? Oklahoma has tens of thousands of abandoned, unplugged oil wells.
When oil companies dispose of wastewater by injecting into the ground, those wells provide pathways for the waste to shoot thousands of feet to the surface, contaminating drinking water sources along the way.

01.11.2025 18:04 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0They didn't understand that "this isn't your parent's GOP" is exactly why Biden won. Because comparing Trump to Reagan is to almost all conservatives, an in kind donation to Trump.
But pointing out the voters principles weren't what changed, it was the party that broke their pledge to them, works.
He definitely doesn't look like his normal self

This week, @washingtonpost.com published recordings of Americans' calls to the Social Security Administration for help. It's heartbreaking and unacceptable.

Can someone please ask him how the GOP changed the 60 vote threshold twice in the last two months to approve 150+ trump appointees in one go? Cuz they are in charge and can change the rules to open the government. And they know it. They WANT the shutdown.

Bezos is worth over $400 billion, many Amazon employees require SNAP.
The people who need help are not the problem.
Itβs corporate greed. Itβs an unwillingness to pay a living wage.
Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.
