Tens of thousands of people outside Istanbul city hall and Çağlayan courthouse, where detained mayor Ekrem Imamoğlu & others at hearing. Signs he may be arrested.. Entrances and exits to city are restricted, opposition Halk TV reports. Police in front of city hall used pressured water and tear gas.
