I always liked those cartoon characters photo-bashed behind cities because there always was a plain sincerity in them. They're like: yeah, I'm horny for this character and there's not enough macro art of it so, here, have my quick attempt at it done with one hand during 15 minutes in photoshop

Nice to see that, even though Devianart has been mostly conquered by machine-puked content, you can still find low-quality macro collages of cartoon characters on the first page

My art sensei was right. I must unattach myself from the original sketch.

The first result I'm seeing is that lines are becoming clearer as I focus more in the final output rather than imitating the original idea on paper
