Had to improvise on the background design to get it done in time for the weekend. It look legit I guess. Maybe one day if I have time I'll see if I can recreate the original background art, but it's mega complicated.

Nice work! I have a polycarb laminate that makes stuff semi-rigid which may work. I will take a close look at our 32X on Friday. I used some brushed metal material for Computer Space with the polycarb which might work well enough, the brushed effect is quite strong though.

Nope scan will probably suffice just fine. Sometimes the original is useful so I can try to match the finish, but we do have one at the Cave I can reference.

Anyone else have a Grandstand Crazy Kong LCD game as a kid? Anyone I ever ask doesn't know it! Such a great little game, and quite scary too if I remember correctly. Very tempted to do a complete strip down and restoration on this.
