Every day I look through job listings, I'm confronted with the notion that it is impossible to have an anti-AI stance while unemployed. So many jobs within my area of expertise are all about how to train AI to be better, or feeding your work into AI, and I just need a steady paycheck.

Well, it's a new year, but not a new me, just the same guy trying to find work that I was last year. So, uh... anyone wanna help employ a writer/editor who has worked on subtitles, dubbing scripts, and even books? Anything would help, but bonus points if it's a steady gig that pays regularly.

As long as it's WFH, I'll do almost anything! (Bonus points if it's in the TTRPG industry!)

This was a rough year, the likes of which I haven't had in 8 years. It's not easy getting laid off, even worse when your job offerings dry up because of the AI wave spreading like wildfire from company to company. I hope I can find some steady work in 2026 with a company that values its workers...
