Thanks for this. I suspect a lot of AI-generated 'work' related to this journal. We recently had a paper rejected, and we suspect the reviewers were ChatGPT and the like. Have you looked up the most recent issue of the paper? It could seem to me as Asian-only papers, especially Chines ones.
