I didn't realize I had long Covid until a) I lost my sense of taste and smell and b) I started to get better

I had some cardiac issues that cleared up after 3 months so I thought I was good.

I thought my brain fog was normal aging. It wasn't until it started to clear up that I realized it wasn't

There was a study for people with active Covid doing a sinus rinse with saline daily had shorter less severe Covid than those who didn't (sorry don'thave the link). I don't know if it would help with long Covid but I don't think it could hurt

Where I am we have swans and geese. The swans are polite. If you leave them alone, they do the same. Geese go out of their way to fuck with you.

My understanding is each riding can start counting advanced polls up to 2 hours before polls close. But since a lot of ridings had lines at polls close I suspect they didn't start in advance

@amnesty.org says “the notwithstanding clause must not be used to entrench human rights violations. If we’re not vigilant, there’s no guarantee that the notwithstanding clause won’t be invoked to undermine women’s rights to choose, for example.”
