It's led me to suppress my art when talking about it in public because I assume everyone I'm talking to either doesn't know about it or thinks its nerdy video game art.

I also feel like a lot of people I talk to who do art for other people end up hating what they do. Whether it's commissions/work or just making art for engagement. Alienation of capitalism or something. There are so many artists who hate what they do and it makes me sad

I have a deep loathing of pixel art because I struggle with a ton of other art forms and think they're way more technical and hard to learn. So it feels like a hack to do pixel art, even though it's challenging in its own ways.

I'm convinced everyone has "hacks" they abuse to make their art whether it's music or visual or whatever. And they hate the hacks and try and devalue their own work. Be proud of the things you've done to make something other people enjoy even if you think it's cheap.

Eventually the custom PZA FRNK license plate will come too and it will be complete.

After all the other expenses it's probably cost me 6k in total which isn't horrible but probably more than I should've spent on a little town cruiser.
