We’re watching a Supreme Court hand out immunity to Trump and take luxury gifts from billionaires — all while the Senate shrugs.

This isn’t just a judicial crisis.
It’s a Senate accountability crisis too.

We must vote like it.

237 years ago, the Constitution was ratified.

It was meant to protect liberty. To check power. To serve the people.

Now it’s being twisted to serve billionaires, autocrats, and extremist judges.

This Constitution Week, we say: It’s still ours. And we’re taking it back.

The Supreme Court just overturned a 1935 precedent that protected independent agencies from political interference.

It took Trump 2 sentences to break the rules.
It took SCOTUS 2 sentences to rubber-stamp it.

And it’ll take all of us to fight back.

Trump has SCOTUS on speed dial.
Every time he calls, they pick up.

Immunity? Granted
Voter purges? Greenlighted.
Now tariffs? They mapped out a plan.

This isn’t a neutral court—it’s Trump’s MAGA Court.

When Trump doesn’t get his way in court, he doesn’t appeal — he escalates.

Lower court says no?
Appeals court delays?
Straight to SCOTUS to overrule them all.

He’s not seeking justice.
He’s demanding obedience.

First Trump tried to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to El Salvador.
Then Uganda.
Then offered Costa Rica — if he pled guilty to something he says he didn’t do.

This isn’t justice.

It’s coercion.

Trump wants MAGA SCOTUS to toss it aside so ICE can profile millions in CA.

We’ve seen the “mistakes”—citizens detained for no reason.

How many more if the Court goes along?

They can call it a coding error.

But when protections like habeas corpus vanish from the Constitution’s official site, We the People should be alarmed —and mobilized.

They’re hoping we don’t notice. Let’s prove them wrong.

Texas is trying to jail lawmakers to push through gerrymandered maps.

Per usual, SCOTUS just bailed him out & lifted the block.

This means: mass firings, dismantled agencies, and consolidated power.

We must resist.

Dobbs was never the end goal — it was the beginning.

Now MAGA extremists are pushing:

The MAGA Court is rigging democracy to keep Trump and his allies in charge.

SCOTUS is about to rule on whether Trump can end birthright citizenship and override lower courts.

If the MAGA majority side with him, it’s open season on rights—immigrant, LGBTQ, labor, and beyond.

This case could mark the point where the Constitution becomes optional.

The Supreme Court told Trump he’s above the law.

Now a U.S. Senator’s in handcuffs, immigrants are under siege, and the military is being used against its own citizens.

Let’s be clear:
The Constitution says if you’re born in the U.S., you’re a citizen. Full stop.
If the Roberts Court says otherwise, it’s not interpreting the law — it’s rewriting it for Trump.

Birthright citizenship isn’t up for debate. It’s in the Constitution.

But Trump’s trying to erase it by executive order—and the MAGA majority on the Supreme Court might let him.

This isn’t law. It’s power. And if the Court refuses to check him, no right is safe.

Trump deported a U.S. resident illegally.
They admitted it was an “administrative error”.
The Courts ordered them to fix it.
