I feel like these things flop because there isn’t any sort of mass exodus from tiktok, insta, etc. the way there have been multiple mass exits from twitter. for better or worse (def worse) people are happy to stick w the ogs for the others

I’ve really been feeling this lately, as the internet becomes an increasingly more hostile environment for art and artists, even just finding what artistic institutions exist within your own local community can potentially be far more fulfilling.
