Well done to these brave women bringing this case in the face of so much hostility. Now a return to compassion & common sense please. No woman should be forced to undress in front of a males. Changing room provision needs to be
- Female only,
- Male only AND
- Unisex.

An Employment Tribunal has ruled that the Darlington nurses were unlawfully harassed and discriminated against after being required to share women’s changing rooms with a male colleague.

This case underlines the need for clear guidance — and for trade unions to stand firmly with women members.

Well done to those courageous women. Utterly disgraceful that NHS forced them to change in front of a man and then wasted public cash defending it.

Employers shouldn’t be expecting women to get undressed in front of men in private spaces.
The personal toll on women who stand up for themselves is obvious. The ‘process is the punishment’
and the establishment hopes women will give up their human rights in the face of men’s demands. We won’t.

The comments on her Instagram are a predictable bonfire of hate & bullying but over on TikTok feisty young women are being encouragingly assertive and giving her lots of support.
