Update on ICE ramming a car in St. Paul. The victim was not killed thankfully.

It appears ICE may have killed another person in St. Paul, MN by ramming into the driver side of a car. Police said in a video the person was still alive but witnesses say the sheet covering person was over their face and the ambulance left the scene without it's siren on.
