Today Shannan, our zoning administrator, told me our new TDM ordinance has saved about 100 permit applicants from needing a zoning variance for parking.
Still need to confirm the data, but it's a big deal! That at least cuts down on ~30 days of permitting time.
📣 A new round of our Community Planning Services Program is now open! Formerly known as the Community Planning Grant Program, it continues our practice of providing professional planning services at a reduced cost for Cuyahoga County communities.
