They could be sent to psychiatric counseling because they are not cis.

He’s not setting guidelines for education. He’s sending an order for indoctrination.

As a person who held one of the highest security clearances in the system, I am horrified because we don't know WHO else in the WORLD will have access to it. It could be sold, traded, or hacked by someone without allegiance to our national security.
