A great bit to add here - Sahil didn't leave DOGE voluntarily, he was cut after doing the interview stating the government wasn't as inefficient as Elon propagated. He disobeyed Elon's unreality mandate.

Not to defend Inafune's long list of bad decisions but given they all worked together on the Zero & ZX series up to as recently as Gunvolt 3's release (after this stream happened) the implication here is likely that he's no longer with Capcom to push for production of ZXC, not that he canned it.
