Term limits exist in several states like mine, Virginia, where a governor can only serve one term at a time. that doesn’t feel undemocract. The president cant do but 2. Term limits for congress could be set at 8, senators at 3. Wholeheartedly I agree, pay them more so corruption doesn’t creep in.
