Nearly 2 stone lost, I feel the benefit of it, managing to do things I couldn't before, and clothes fitting that bit better.

Genuine tears were shed today by me, this is not an understatement (or is it overstatement?) on my behalf. I have always struggled with weight, I have always struggled with diets.

This, while it may be a lot for some, this is the lowest I've weighed since 2009. I have achieved something 😭😭

More beautiful now I can wear it.

Gym/dieting/weight loss is a lease of life I've needed for a long time, I'm not where I want to be weight wise at the moment, but I am most certainly at a weight I was years ago currently.

Nearly 8 months old now she is, and I wouldn't change her (okay maybe stop eating my New Balance trainers) for the world.

She is 100% better now, and going on (4.. FOUR?!?!) daily walks.

Least it's keeping my blood pressure down, she'll grow into that harness, and (hopefully) no more unexpected trips to the vets for her.

She's walking fine on the leg now, happy days, no x-ray or MRIs needed on her. They said full strength will come back with confidence and more walks.

She's trying to walk on her injured leg, but not much. Probably will have to go back to the vets Friday after her medicine has ran it's course.

Other than that she's her usual self, bitten me a few times the little bugger, but she's teething as she's lost a few teeth.

I'm not hearing no...
