I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.

Kel McDonald at Iron Circus has bought world rights for Sleeping Wizards by Rusty Marcum (I.), illustrated by Johanna Taylor (The Ghostkeeper), a YA graphic novel in which two comatose wizards' dreams manifest deadly monsters in each other's kingdoms, and a determined Keeper must navigate treacherous alliances and confront ancient evils to protect her land. Publication is slated for spring 2027; the author represented himself, and Laurel Symonds at KT Literary represented the illustrator.
