Quantifying metabolites using structure-switching aptamers coupled to DNA sequencing - Nature Biotechnology Metabolites can be quantified using a combination of aptamers and DNA barcodes.

We are looking to hire:
1. Skilled molecular biologist, specific expertise in SELEX or aptamers
2. Computational biologist wanting to take deep seq training data to crack the aptamer-target prediction problem
