I think framing Bluesky vs Twitter as left vs right or fun vs horrifying misses the fact that newspapers are getting far more engagement and conversion on Bluesky than Twitter.

People are leaving Twitter because it’s not fun anymore and no one is obligated to be on a platform they don’t enjoy.

It’s not rocket science.

It feels nice to not have to scroll quickly past all the fake blue checks pooping at the top of all my comments.
