LATAM has enormous amounts of resources, people and will to thrive from within. Governments all over LATAM should seek the opportunity to grow, now that the US is not directly threatening their governments with well orchestrated coups and interventions.

The rest of the world, specially the under developed countries, should see the isolation and destruction of American institutions as an opportunity to grow.
