No, the 500 Worlds lore doesn't change who is in charge of the 7th Company. The only lore retcon is that instead of being the Ultramarines, Scythes of the Emperor, and 8 new Primaris Chapters; the 10 Shields of Ultramar are now mostly pre-existing chapters plus a few new ones.
