She makes money by *convincing people* she makes money that way and getting them to pay her to teach them how to do it.

It's an evolved MLM, and the NYT is helping market it.

The AI “anonimizing” in the Lucy Letby doc essentially ruins the whole thing. Artless and annoying and looks awful. It’s like a normal doc and then all of a sudden you’re watching Robert Zemeckis’ Beowulf.
