I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

cleo the silken is curled up like a little nugget in a gray chair, all her limbs obscured in a puddle of fur. her neck sticks up and her ears are alert as she looks off frame. she’s got the posture of a rubber ducky.

cleo is sitting in profile on a light gray couch. she’s hunched over ever so slightly with her ears pinned back. a single canine is hooked out over her lip like a little snaggle tooth. we’re not 100% sure, but we’re pretty sure she’s stepping on a little bit of her tail fur.

Bts used to give me such a rush of joy, I felt like they truly cared for other human beings. I still think they do, but seeing them all so tone deaf to what's happening in the world, posting luxury gifts and invitations, and staying so silent about everything else is such a disappointment
