I attended Global Matkultur at the Historical Museum in Stockholm! What a lovely experience in the beautiful Baroque Hall—fun and intense!

I served acorn crispbread and acorn spread, and it was exciting to see people’s reactions. Many were curious, and most were surprised at how delicious it was!

There is something strangely satisfying about tearing things down and building them anew.

But while rich and powerful men shatter the world to construct their own version of it, I have chosen to limit myself to a few sheets of drywall.

We all have to start somewhere, I suppose.

The acorn choclate chip cookies was a real treat.

So happy to be able to use a staple crop which comes directly from nature and which have not been refined by humans.
