When I was a kid reading The Hobbit and the Outsiders, playing Ultima IV and Mega Man X, all defined by who they fight. I asked my mom, "Who are our enemies?"
She said we had none.
She was wrong they just don't all look like monsters. They own what we need to survive and turn us against each other.

Finished a Fate homebrew world campaign this week. Next month the group is starting "three-shot" campaigns through different systems, starting with Fabula Ultima. One-shots just aren't enough to get a real taste for a TTRPG.
