That shit is rough. I made sure I avoided being on my own as much as possible when I did it last time just to make sure there was someone around to sanity check and potentially care for me if needed while I was in that state. Hope you have a network that can support you like that

I went to ICE rapid response training today, organized by my wonderful city council member @hugoforcd13.bsky.social. I strongly recommend finding a group to join in your area. We keep us safe.

And then because I was a teen I extrapolated that into this whole other theory about time and space and human psychology in the real world that as an adult can be summarized as "going back to a place you used to spend time in but don't anymore can remind you of old memories"

I will always remember the mind exploding moment where I realised, while playing WoW that time was mapped to space and that going back to earlier areas was effectively going back in time in the narrative

Really curious to see if/when we get a serious BRICS intervention to take advantage of the economic crash of the "west" and get a leash on it or if there's not enough worth extracting to intervene as we pull ourselves apart.
