They made the game world feel alive in a way no other FF has so far. It's the only FF game I regularly want to go back to because the vibe was so enjoyable.

I rather enjoyed Prompto and Ignis in FFXV. The power boy band dynamic kept that game alive and those two weaponized it the hardest

Three loaves of sourdough sandwich bread. Quite proud of how these came out. Want to make more of this bread, as it's more fun and varied to enjoy.

Blueberry cream cheese sourdough loaf. Inspired by blueberry bagels, but kinda went all out with flavor. Was an office hit, with orange jam.

Chocolate Coffee Sourdough. No recipe, just went for it. A bit more bitter than intended, but that paired well with cherry jam.

Baking for the past few weeks. As usual, I tend to fall off a bit from social media despite mentally trying to put myself out there. Mentality, life get in the way.

Very proud of the bakes this past month. Felt quite charming and fun. More in the alternate text.

Bread for the week - a milk sandwich bread for home, and the standard sourdough loaf for friends/the office. Everything pretty much ended up exactly how I wanted it. Low-osh hydration on both, I don't like to work with that level of dough. #bread #sourdough #baking

Still working on style, but, we're progressing.

An obvious caveat of trying to find time to be social and outgoing is that I have less and less time for myself and my own interests. While I enjoy my time with friends, I certainly never feel like myself.

This week's bread adventures - back to the cheese loaf. Still working on getting rid of all that cheese, a few cubes at a time.

Swapped some salt in the recipe for chicken bouillon, added garlic powder and about 80g gouda per loaf.
