As utterly miserable the cold, dark wet Scottish winters are, there's something amazing calming about the bright frosty mornings you get between bouts of sideways rain.

I've been playing Cyberpunk recently and it's both a buggy, pain in the ass and an absolute delight to play.

It's funny how the World Cup is a creator and provider of immense joy and excitement, creating a unique sense of togetherness, whilst simultaneously being run and operated by a group of utterly repugnant and disgustingly slimy group of individuals. 🤡

Excellent buys. If that Watchmen game is the one I think it is, the combat is incredibly reminiscent of that The Warriors game Rockstar did.

I'm knee deep in Cyberpunk at the moment and have a big dose of FF tactics coming over the horizon after my foray into Vandal Hearts last week, but I wanted to get something from the Steam sales, so I went in with £20 last night and picked up Carimara, Ten Bells, Chessarama and Chrono Trigger.

Current thoughts:
1. Die Hard (Because I do every year)
2. Muppets Christmas Carrol (I love it)
3. Home Alone (Classic and I've not seen it in years)
4. Open slot.

I'm up for dropping most of these honestly. Very much a first pass.

As people that know me will be well aware, I like to set myself little goals for the month. I'm not great at watching movies and TV these days, because I think, generally speaking, the quality has gone down the toilet, but I want to try and watch at least four Christmas movies this month.

Please. I can't handle the current trajectory of Devs like Bethesda where you need to wait 15+ years to the follow up to a game I loved.

I finished Vandal Hearts on PS1 this morning. What a lovely, if flawed game. It managed to pull me off Cyberpunk this week, so gonna get some fresh air for a bit then get going with that again... see if I can remember where I am.
