Not sure how much the party had to do with it all. Good candidates that ran on "kitchen table" issues, simple, comherent msg. The party? I didn't see a lot of it. So no victory laps - midterms are coming up and if the Dems don't get their sh-- together fast, we'll still be stuck in this mess.

Today someone was telling me how bad socialism is, and then later was lamenting how SNAP and Medicaid are under attack. I think a lot of people truly don't realize what socialism is other than a boogeyman they've been conditioned to hate.

I don't make enough to be financially stable/independent but I make too much to qualify for any financial aid. AND I'm not disabled enough to receive benefits and barely abled enough to work. I hate this fuckass system
