I HIGHLY! recommend setting pixel scaling to 1x so that the characters aren’t constantly sliding off grid.

maybe, but me and my friend normally play games around the 8pm-12pm range, which means late night europeans, and evening in the USA.

Me and my friend who both live in the UK play a lot of online games on the USA servers when we want to chill because the players are always so much worse.

It’s straight up just a difficulty setting.

Can I be honest? I am more excited for The Big Catch than any other upcoming video game.

The last time I was this hyped to play something was probably Spelunky 2 or Breath of the Wild. The utterly fantastic Tacklebox demo is the basis for my excitement.

Red Dead Redemption 1 is a funny game. I love how fast and unrealistic it is whilst also having all the cowboy elements.

Complete opposite to its sequel, but this gives them unique identities and staying power. One’s a life sim, one’s an action adventure.

Yoshi’s Story has probably one of the coolest life systems in a video game. The whole game is really experimental, but very flawed.

Feels like something that should’ve been expanded upon but all future Yoshi games decided to either be “Yoshi’s Island: Again” or “Infant GooGooGaGa Game”

Very confusing change. Removes what little personality the thing had left in the font, and makes it red, which kinda makes no sense to me.

Console is already “red” themed. The row of icons on the switch menu no longer contain an orange icon, but there are two reds.

I don’t get it.

playin red dead 2 for the first time. game’s pretty damn good. i especially like how the game punishes you for playing it like a game, creating a compelling life-sim style experience.

also I’m actually using my graphics card’s power for once. that’s nice.

I’m really struggling to see what makes this open world so special, and I quite like open worlds! For 60 dollars, this’d be fun. I’d vibe with it. For 50, it’d be an instant buy! 80? Nah.

I thought this direct would sway me somewhat. Nintendo’s taking the piss.

Also, where’s the battle modes like Shine Thief? Cops N Robbers? Bob-Omb Battle????? You can’t half ass it right after 8DX put its 110% into making a fantastic battle mode!

people who don’t like tears of the kingdom have valid reasons for not enjoying the game, but I swear they always pretend their negative opinion on the game is far rarer than it actually is.

it’s not a hot take, game’s genuinely controversial even amongst casual fans of the series.
