Valheim. Played it day one having barely read anything about it and immediately fell in love. My only non mmo game that I’m 1300+ hours in.

Too hot sucks. If I get cold in my office, I just close the door and turn on a game on my PC. Warmed up in minutes!

Honestly loved both of these for different reasons. Both had fantastic vibes.

Honestly just blown away how much I love @valheimgame.bsky.social. MMOs are the only games that have more hours played (WoW and FFXIV). Mods make the game even more customizable and endless! If it gets real server support/better net code this will be the goat for me, 100%

I hope the devs keep this up. Playing the alpha and I’m getting really excited about the games potential!

I agree. Playing modern WoW with a couple friends that are new to it, and boy did they not learn much while leveling. Not only is it too fast, but also really easy. Slow it down a bit, let us soak in the scenery, and teach some class and game fundamentals.

I know it's pretty typical, but my first cup of coffee in the morning. Not for the caffeine, but in the colder months I just love that instant warmth spreading through my body. Extra points if it's raining outside and I have LoFi music playing!

Our raiding group is a bunch of irl friends of various skill and experience. A lot of us have ADHD and/or Anxiety and can make things more challenging. But at the end of the day, we do our best and try to be patient so everyone feels comfortable. I’d take this over a solid pug any day. Love em.

Looking forward to game devs focusing more on “B” tier games rather than AAA in the near future. Lower budgets (less publisher risk), lower cost for consumers (specially in this economy), more flexibility to be creative instead of doing what “just works”. Bring it on.

Still got lots to farm in WoW for the anniversary patch, but I’m definitely going to take a peak at the Warrior in Pantheon!

I’d be torn between MMOs and Survival/Crafting. S/C games like Valheim being procedurally generated with great mod support and wonderful immersion make the replay value endless. MMOs provide a fun group challenge with a gear chase and social element that’s hard to beat. MMO if I haaad to pick!

Hit my first weight loss milestone today. It’s a small one, but it’s a sign that what I’m doing is working and it’s what I really needed to stay motivated. Here’s to the next!

whatever the next generation of games or consoles is we have got to figure out shader compilation, man. 10 minute waits after every driver update, constant microstuttering in gameplay cuz even then it still isn't caching everything, it sucks!! make the games look worse or make them run better!

Community for series, Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz for movies. Never get enough of ‘em.
