Love talking about card games here so now I’m documenting that I am starting to learn ANOTHER one, just played a bit of Battle Spirits Saga with friends last night and picked up some boxes. I love shiny cardboard man.

Guess I should start posting here again now that the floodgates are open huh?

Played my 2nd Pokémon League Challenge today & squeaked by at 8th/41 with Miraidon! The only 4-2 player to do it 😮‍💨 Both my losses were to Arven Zard which has solidified my thoughts on Miraidon matchups right now. I think I won’t be running it again until I am able to announce “Amp You Very Much” 👍🏻

Haven’t made a post here in a while, there’s been a big lull in events for me recently but I’m super stoked to play Digimon, Pokemon, AND Yugioh right now 🔥

I entered a Pokémon league challenge, my first ever Pokémon TCG tournament today and came in 4th place with Miraidon 🎉
Had a ton of fun, I’ve got plenty more to learn and I’m excited to play more!

Going to my first Pokémon TCG league challenge on Saturday, fingers crossed certain cards come in before then 😅 if not I’m gonna be cobbling something together.

Finally put in an order for the last cards I need to play the Pokémon tcg in person again after spending some time grabbing bulk from the shops I frequent, but expected arrival is the 25th-28th 🙃 Soon™️

Going to the yugioh (Edison) local to play and look for Pokémon singles today 🔥 hoping I find the rest of the bulk I need and won’t need to order stuff but the order goes in today if I don’t. It’s time to grind 😤

I still haven’t downloaded snap because I know as soon as I do it’ll be another card game I’m addicted to and I fear I already have a negative amount of free time to throw at it 😅

Man I want to just surround myself with card games and make that a living. I love learning about and playing card games so much.

PTCGL is truly a buggy mess but it does make me wish Digimon had ANYTHING for an online client… At least PTCGL is SOMETHING.

Charizard seems to be a step in that direction! I’m a sucker for big basics because it reduces a lot of the non games because of a random donk or brick but I like the idea of a slower game that lets you set up stage 2s more often.

When I have my first free day in 3 years I will plan this 🫡

All I wanna do is play card games and hang out with my friends, there’s so little time in the day to do all of this 😔

Not sure if this comment makes me feel old or young

If I post on THIS site that I’m getting back into Pokémon there isn’t a large enough audience yet to jump to any conclusions about my relationship with Digimon 👍🏻 That said I am excited to be in the “learning” phase of a card game again. I love learning!!
