Why are we talking about firing Eberflus when both Eberflus and Poles need to go? Eberflus isn't up for the job and Poles seems fine to have a guy who isn't up for the job. Poles owns the problem and can't be trusted to make any more big decisions. Sorry because he seems like a nice guy.
