Every year for Father's Day I request blueberry pancakes for breakfast and a nap.

I'm happy to inform you all that I am currently in my comfy comfy bed, full of pancakes and possibly still a bit sticky from Maple Syurp. Great success!

Saw the Minecraft Movie today; it was fun!

It had Jack Black being Jack Black, Stiffler's mom, music by Mark Mothersbaugh, voice cameo by Matt Berry, callbacks to Napoleon Dynamite, and some Flight of the Conchords.

Biggest complaint is the lava chicken song is stuck in my head.

Me: a trusted accounting professional, respected for my skills and knowledge.

Also me: wearing miso soup because I missed my mouth with the spoon

New beginnings: in a top secret location in downtown Winnipeg I just had my first practice with my new band, all other School of Rock grads.

We’re not looking to be famous or rich, we’re just looking for a reason to keep learning and playing songs we like. It’s going to be a lot of fun!

Oh Canada is a chain of stores that sells lots of Canada themed shirts, hats, and flags.

The tone on some of the shirts at the front of the store has changed recently.
